When in Debug automatically Clean the Project References in VS 2010

I have a project in Asp.net create using Visual Studio 2010, I use 2 Class Libraries for Business Entities layer and Data Access Layer. I use that class Libraries as main project reference, but there was an issue in Debug mode. When I start a debug, that class library references automatically clean from project.

why is that?

This is not a good question - we cannot work out from that little what you are trying to do.
Remember that we can't see your screen, access your HDD, or read your mind.
Perhaps more detail as to exactly what is happening, and how you can tell would help?

But without your computer in front of us, it means nothing to us.
So you need to explain it so that we can tell what is happening, and (perhaps) even duplicate it here.
Without that, we can't help you solve your problem!
