How to load the RadAjaxLoadingPanel while page redirect?

Hi Everyone,

I am struggle with the loading RadAjaxLoadingPanel while page redirect.

It is working fine with the page itself. meaning its loading while clicking the buttons on the master page controls and web page controls.

But I don't know how to load that while page redirect (Clicking on the Menu items)
