Play Sounds through url in winforms

Hi friends,

I am having requirement that is, play sound in winforms from website url. I am changing audio file, but giving same name new file every time.

once I run winforms applications first time it plays properly but when I change sound in web (the url should be same because I am replacing any new file with unique name) the sound was not updating it giving first sound.

How to resolve this problem?
