KinectCam Settings dialog window

hi! i have to do a program with kinect camera for my senior project and i'm new in doing programs with visual studio.. i follow the instructions of the Kinect for Windows SDK Programming Guide but the explanation is insufficient. The application must open a dialog window when i press a button ("Settings") but i can't find out how to do this..
