AngularService is unable to hit controller

When i try debugging my app ,i found that my Angular Service is unable to call MVC Controller. And it is able to call only when F12 debugging tool is opened.
This is happening only with IE.

If some one have any idea, Please share your experience.

Not clear at all. How can you hope for help if you did not produce any code sample to reproduce the problem?

The F12 only examines current traffic, it doesn't play gatekeeper, unless you have a proxy extension loaded I suppose.
