Hello,

I need to use CHoG on a mobile device (android). Is there a source code for CHoG on java or any other programming language(c++ ...) to work on it? Or any library that provides CHoG?

"Actually I contacted the Authors of CHoG they say its a copyrighted code."

yes i know itis copyrighted code..
So this mean that i should implement it by myself, but i think it is hard :(
is there any paper or Psuedo Code or flowchart declear the pipeline of computing CHOG Descriptor?
i read many papers ,but i didn't understand the algorithm.

I don't think that there will be any Pseudo Code.Because of the copyright reasons. i think you better have a look some other descriptors like HOGDescriptor in OpenCV :-)
