Copy mp3 file only one time in whole process

I want to make my mp3 file like this when i give this file to anyone in pen drive or in CD he or she could copy once in his computer and once done he or she can not further copy that data to other pen drive or system...

Means I want any mp3 file like this it should not be copied more than once

Wow! If I had such a tool, I wouldn't post it here. Rather make the laks of money (oh no, not rupees, but real money $€) by selling it to the copyrights ~~mafia~~ industry.
