Web page not opening correctly

I have created a webpage using HTML and i have used IFRAME in the page to call another page.
When i load the page, the IFRAME is coming empty with the message "Navigation to the page cancelled."

Can anyone help me on this?

Have your tried using a simple address as the iframe target - an address you know you can access?

Here few solutions
“Navigation to the webpage was canceled ” IE 8. When Posting form to IFrame[^]
load website in to a page via ajax or iframe and avoid navigation[^]
"Navigation to the webpage was canceled" when a site using HTTPS opens a site using HTTP in IE8[^]
