Crystal Report v13 not support unicode language

I developing a system with Visual Basic 2013 and Crystal Report 13
After i convert it to setup file , It not support Font unicode on Crystal report viewer .
It Okay on my computer but when install it on another computer i faced that problem .

What is "unicode language"? What is "Font unicode"? The problem is not explained.

i mean my crystal report 13 can not view Font Khmer ...
