how to bind databse selected dates to ajax calender extender in asp.net

i have a ajax calender extender

now what i want is :

when ever user clicks the calender for selecting booking dates , the already booked dates should be disabled...

i select booking dates from database...other than those, all dates should be available for selection in ajax calender
