GetData Method not allowed in WCF JSON WebServices

I am Creating WCF JSON Webservices and following this http://mikesknowledgebase.azurewebsites.net/pages/Services/WebServices-Page1.htm[^] articles.

I have Successfully Create the Web Service.
When i run this URL in my browser : http://localhost:37413/Service1.svc the the success message came up with this " You have created a service." and shows c# and vb.net code.

But when i run this url : http://localhost:37413/Service1.svc/GetData/12 then this error came up "Method not allowed." and the WCF Test Client Shows this error:

Failed to invoke the service. Possible causes: The service is offline or inaccessible; the client-side configuration does not match the proxy; the existing proxy is invalid. Refer to the stack trace for more detail. You can try to recover by starting a new proxy, restoring to default configuration, or refreshing the service.

The Address property on ChannelFactory.Endpoint was null. 
The ChannelFactory's Endpoint must have a valid Address specified. at System.ServiceModel.ChannelFactory.CreateEndpointAddress(ServiceEndpoint endpoint) at System.ServiceModel.ChannelFactory`1.CreateChannel() at System.ServiceModel.ClientBase`1.CreateChannel() at System.ServiceModel.ClientBase`1.CreateChannelInternal() at System.ServiceModel.ClientBase`1.get_Channel() at Service1Client.GetData(String value)
