I'm using Kronos system at work and the system formatting Hours and minutes as 270:30 where 270 that will be the hours and 30 minutes I'm looking some solution to convert that as it collide with excel time formatting and I have lots of problems

I need to convert the hours and minutes to days and I just using Left and Right formula to reassemble this and then I working out the days and fraction of the day

its possible somehow to just 270:30 / 24 and get days and rest ???

That depends on exactly how the data is being stored in the cells.
If it's stored as a time value, then it's just a case of cell formatting - or should be.
If it's stored as a string, you will need to use the VALUE function (possibly with SUBSTRING) to convert it to a numeric value first (I'd convert it to a number of minutes and then divide down from there)
