Hi! I'm making a website and I was wondering if there is a way to display content that users send in and then if the post gets enough likes it gets moves to a page called "popular"?

The process i would like to happen:

1. User send in content via a form on my website

2. Then the content goes straight to a page called "new"

3. If the post gets enough likes it becomes popular. otherwise it will just stay under the page "new"

4. If the post gets many likes in a short period of time then it goes to a page called "Trending".

The process is similar to 9gag where posts can get popular, trending and so on.
