how to set SetLinkUrl as a chm file and its particlar page

Please fine below code

m_Static.SetLinkUrl("SJ_stu.chm::/clean_paper_path.html"); -This is not working as expected

But m_Static.SetLinkUrl("SJ_stu.chm"); -This is working

First one is my requirement.I have to open a particular page in a chm file .Please help me...
