How do I solve Could not complete the operation due to error c00ce514 in asp .net C# web site application

Hi Dear All,

I have made a website application in asp .net using C#.There is a Gridview in the page. The GridView contains A number of rows with each row containing an image and a download button. When ever I click on this button I am getting this error :

"Could not complete the operation due to error c00ce514.".

I have used Update panel in my page. whenever I remove the update panel the page works fine. Could anyone please tell me what is the reason behind this error and how can I add update panel to my page without this error...
