How to get row values in DataGridView which are selected checkbox column in datagridview true.and insert into database dynamically

i need to get set of rows which are selected in datagirdviewcheckbox column checked true, and get all the row values and combine into single value like adding ',' and storing into database.
please anyone give me the solution for this....
