Default document of web.config is not working on live server

Hi Professionals,
I am facing some problem with the hosted site on live server.
I have added the default document in web.config i.e LoginForm.aspx. If i am heating "http://intranet.nustech.org/" then its not loading " http://intranet.nustech.org/LoginForm.aspx/ " first time its loading after heating 2 or 3 times.

Please provide some ideas how to resolve this issues.
