How Do I Add Subscribe Button In My Website

Hello,

i want to add a subscribe button to my website.
If someone gives his email address(abc@xyz.com) and clicks the subscribe button then i should get a mail in my inbox,that abc@xyz.com has subscribed. Thats it....

please tell me how can i do this..its very urgent..thnx in advance
