Hello everyone,

We are using DevExpress controls for WPF, version 9.3 and .Net framework 3.5
On upgrading the framework to 4.0, the xaml designer throws System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException and
Cannot load the file or assembly 'DevExpress.Wpf.Core.v9.3' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Why does this happen ? :(
How this can be fixed ? :(

Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. :)

No I did not re-install. I just kept it as it is, and upgraded the framework.
Do I need to do that ? Is it mandatory ?

Hi, we just opened the solution in VS2010. Nothing more than that. And the error appears at design time.
