Visual studio 2012 connection with oracle 64 bit

Hi , am using visual studio 2012, and oracle llg 64 bit and oracle client 64 bit.
am not able to execute my project. it throwing error "Could not load file or assembly 'Oracle.DataAccess' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. "

please provide suggestion to resolve the issue

Solution 1

Hi,

The error occurs generally if the target machine is 32 bit and you are using 64 bit dll and vice versa or Havent installed oracle components properly, like Oracle client and data access.
Try installing Oracle home client and Oracle Data Access.
