When I access the site to server A and export the report to adobe reader there are 2 fonts used (I right-clicked the report, click Documents Properties then to the Font tab there are 2 fonts) but when I access the same site to server B and export the same report to adobe reader there are 3 fonts used. Both servers uses IIS 7. Do you have any idea why there's a difference in font but there is no change in my report? Thanks

I'd imagine the report template uses a font that is not installed on server B and it is falling back on one of the other two fonts?

generated report from server B has 3 fonts when you check the document properties on Adobe Reader while server A has 2 fonts when you check the document properties. The one with 2 fonts is correct, I wonder why server B produces a report with 3 fonts in its document properties.

I think you need to compare the fonts used in the SSRS template with the fonts installed on the server - I think it is very unlikely the server itself is deciding to use a different font if the expected font is available on the server...however it is also possible that some settings in the PDF writer are different between the two servers?
