Can't Mount /emmc , /cache, /system when wiping data/factory reset

Hi... Im new in installing custom ROMs and recovery. Last week I decided to install a custom using the method posted here:

I am using Cherry Mobile Titan w500 originally an ICS.

I used twrp recovery and picopad_JB rom all went well and I tried a different rom since JB is ram extensive and there are some available roms in ICS. Last night after I installed cassini_v2 custom rom I encountered a post on how to SWAP internal and external storage -though it is for MI-500 spice ROM - I searched and found out a post on how to re-partition internal storage on this page

Since I install lots of games I followed and install the apk file. All went well until I boot to recovery and tried to wipe data/factory reset and reboot, but instead of it being successful it failed and says that

Can't mount /emmc
Can't mount /cache
Can't mount /system

and now I cant wipe cache, dalvik cache or eve data/factory reset. I can't even install a new rom or load my TWRP backup.

I really need help on these error. Anybody who knows how to solve this? or any idea what to do? It's fine if I will need to use flash tools. I just need instructions on what to do and how to do it. Thank you very much in advance.
