I want to create Survey Form on Asp.net like Facebook General Settings page :

Is there any Example other than facebook i want to show some example to my BOSS.

Please Help me.........

I don't know of any 'ready to fly' examples, but it's something that is very easy to implement using a gridview with an editor template. This page (from DevExpress) shows you a working examples using their controls: https://demos.devexpress.com/MVCxGridViewDemos/Editing/EditFormTemplate

Solution 1

There are lots of examples online but you'll need to find the ones you like to be able to show your boss. There are lots of nice looking jQuery ones so you may want to google for jquery survey form examples.
