How Do I Publish(Free) My Existing Asp Web App In Windows Azure?

I have a account in Windows Azure but i don't understand how to publish my existing asp web app in Windows Azure? I follow the process first right click the project name from Solution Explorer then click Publish tag. Next a dialog box come.Now what can i do ?
