Chromecast custom Receiver application

Helllo ,
I have registered my application and my application type is Custom Receiver.
I am trying to develop a sender application and custom receiver application but from last 1 week I am not get any success.
All check points I fulfilled so please help me out
How I can send selected webURL using sender application and Custom Receiver application has to display that URL Page on selected device ....

Urgency deleted: It may be urgent to you, but it isn't to us. All that your stressing the urgency does is to make us think you have left it too late, and want us to do it for you. This annoys some people, and can slow a response.

I'd love to be able to add Chromecast support to some of my home-based PC software as I have one and love it. But the Google support docs for the SDK I've found are all Android based...
