How can I create College Digital Map like google map

I have assigned a college project to create digital Map for my college like Google earth.

My map should search routes(direction) from one department to another.

It can calculate distance and walking time.

How can I implement , give suggestion.

You will nead maps - or use an API that comes including maps:
