How to browsing control number of computer in web application ?

I would like to be able to fix computers remotely, but I need to obtain a control number such as an IP Address, MAC Address, or computer name such as the NETBIOS name.

Can or will anybody help me with a solution for this?

I don't know what do you mean by "fixing a computer", it does not sounds like software at all.
Now, the question is tagged with ASP.NET. If this is really relevant, no, a Web application cannot access client systems. It it was possible, who would trust the Web, where malicious activity is so usual? No, this is impossible to do via the Web; and this is set on security purposes.

Generally, you could always access anything using network technology, but only if those client computers runs some services providing the access. The principle is: the trust is granted, not taken.
