how to make the transition of windows 8 calculator?

hello
i want to know that how windows 8 calculator work when it change its view from standard to scientific . when i click it expand and show scientific buttons and when click on standard it hide scientific buttons

what is used to do that , is they use panel in which standard buttons are situated and when click on scientific another panel show behind panel 1

what they us thats what i want to know
and also when it is changing you can see that it becomes blank for second how they do that

Solution 1

It's probably just a matter of hiding one layout and showing another. Or removing all the original controls, resizing the window and displaying all the new ones. Nothing particularly complicated about it.

No idea, I do not have the source code for calculator.
