Installshield Downgrading to 2.0 Error

Dear All,

I downgraded my ActiveX to .Net 2.0 and Registered successfully using Installshield.
I done this by going to Tools-> Options-> .Net -> Change regasm.exe & Installutil path to 2.0
Now i am able to Install my ActiveX, but when i uninstall setup from Programs and Features it uninstalls setup but not unregisters activeX.

Is there something i am missing during setup creation process.
Settings i have done so far.
1. Set .Net com Interop to Yes.
2. Set .Net Installer class to Yes.
3. Tools-> Options-> .Net -> Change regasm.exe & Installutil path to 2.0

During uninstall i am not getting any error message its uninstalling successfully but its not unregistering my ActiveX.

Kindly help me with this.
