To import the dll and to read the methods of dll and display the result using .exe file. Suppose there are two methods Add and Subtract in dll. The result of Add and Subtract should be displayed using .exe file

You need to tell us what you need help with. What does C++ and .NET have to do with your question? What code have you written? What problem did you encounter?

I have created an header file and cpp file through Win32 console application and trying it to build it in dll file. And then trying to create a seperate application to reference dll. Is there any method that is more simpler than this ?

Based on your unclear and incomplete explanation, the only thing that would be "simpler" is to add the functions to your exe and use them directly without a DLL. A console application is not a DLL so it's really unclear what it is that you think you are doing.

Procedure 1: Creating a new dll project

--> From the Project types pane, under Visual C++, selecting Win32.
--> From the Templates pane, selecting Win32 Console Application.
--> From the Application Settings page of the Win32 Application Wizard, under Application type, selecting DLL.

Procedure 2: Adding a class to the dynamic link library

--> From the Categories pane, selecting Visual C++.
--> From the Templates pane, selecting Header File (.h).

Procedure 3: Creating the source code for the class

--> From the Project menu, selecting Add New Item.
--> From the Categories pane, under Visual C++, select Code. From the Templates pane, select C++ File (.cpp).

Procedure 4: Building the project into a DLL

Procedure 6: Creating a separate application that references the DLL
