My website is looking different in different monitor size. How in all the resolution and monitor size it will look same

Basically you can't do this if you want your page to be useful both on a PC and a mobile phone (e.g. small size like iPhone)
You are probably better off designing your pages differently for different ranges of size and resolution.
And then you have to try them in all these different variants.
