Block softwares with WinSock

Hi..

I want to block some of my softwares from accessing my internet connection. How can I do it with winsock API ? Can someone please suggest me some good examples that shows clearly how to block softwares... Thanks in advance !

I don't think that Winsock provides such a feature. You need to block IP addresses in your router or firewall.

Solution 1

The question makes very little sense. Your application has access to the network (or can be accessible through the network) if you designed it to collaborate using the network. If you do, you can switch it on and off. If not, there is nothing to discuss.
