How I can make a SQL Connection String in WPF Visual Studio 2013 that can work for every server?

Kindly tell me that how I can make such sql string that can work for every server and every computer also. And also tell me please where I should store my .mdf file in my application to make possible of correct working in every computer. Thanks in advance. :)
