Problem in WP8 Emulator

Hi,
I have windows 8.1 pro 64 bit> screen shot>

i have visual studio 2012 update 4 and visual studio 2013 without update.

i install WP8 in vs 2012 and vs 2013 already have this.

now i want to install WP8 emulator, but gives me this error>>

I had turn on Hyper-V but nothing change>

how can I do?

You may have some problem supporting Hyper-V - please follow this article: http://www.intowindows.com/check-if-your-pc-supports-windows-8-hyper-v/
