C# How Can I Insert / Append An Image And Text Using Openxml?

HI,
i want to insert/append an image and image caption as a text using open xml.

i tried using the code mentioned in this url http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb497430.aspx

but after inserting the image when i open the .docx file it shows "The Office Open XML file cannot be opened because there are problems with the contents."

I am using open xml sdk 2.5 and ms office 2007.


Please help on this. Thanx
