What do you mean by "making file as CopyRight"?

It means that file should not able to copy.

And that doesn't mean Copy right. Further, you should better explain what your aim is. Use improve question and elaborate it more.

copyrighted files can still be copied. Please explain what you need without assumption of meaning. So, say, I want to protect the file from copying by the users. Say WHY you want such, maybe someone has better idea what to do.

Basically, you can't.
And file that you or you application can read, can be read by any application with the same (or higher) privileges. That means that even if I don;t understand what your file contains, I can read it as binary information and write a new copy with the same name and other details.

If you want to protect your data, encrypt it: you can't prevent it being copied.
