payments Gateway INR paypal for asp.net

i am tired to trying INR(indian currency) to US dollar . i am using Paypal . in Paypal not available inr , so how can m passing value dollar to paypal before send value to paypal. if it is possible then please help me .

I don't understand but it sounds like you just need to convert the indian amount to US amount.
