My visual studio 2008 in not showing sql ce 3.5

VS2008

I have installed sql compact on my windows 7 both 3.5 and 4.0 and both working properly with visual studio 2010 but not showing in visual studio 2008. my system is 64 bit.
I need to make application for windows CE which is only supported by till visual studio 2008 versions. I have both on my system visual studio(2008 and 2010).
any help or suggestion will be heartily accepted.

Not clear. Does your application work? Will it work if you compile the application using VS 2010, but target .NET v.3.5 (as VS 2008 would do by default)? Please, check it up. If if does work, what's the problem with VS 2008?

yes its working in vs 2010 when compiled but with vs 2008 its not showing sqlce 3.5 so that i can create database and corresponding tables in it.
