Did you select it to be installed during installation?

What edition?

Assuming you installed it to the same PC as you are trying to run it, SSMS should be there.
Try a search for SSMS.EXE and you shoudl find it (for Windows 7 and below, it installs into a start button group called "Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2" as a link called "SQL Server Management Studio")

Check ssms.exe in the following location

C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Tools\Binn\VSShell\Common7\IDE\

if the ssms.exe is avialble in the exact location go to run type SSMS it will open..

if not avialble

install the sql server by flowing way

Note: Check whether sql related files and folders on C:\Program Files\ if any files or folders are there in the location delethe sql related things then start installaing
