how to show toolbox controls for ___.build file in visual studio to create dotnetnuke module

Dear all,

the question asked when i was tried to create dotnetnuke module using visual studio and i was watching training. the trainer create folder called module.build and he start drag and drop some controls from the toolbox that not shown for me.
