Increasing Google ranking and visitors are all up to your posts. If you publish interesting posts, You will get more visitors. If you have unique/quality content your blog might get more possibility of getting good position in Google SERP.

1. Write Good and Interesting Posts with perfect Title (Title is more and more important for Users as well as Google)
2. Use Images in your posts wherever needed (Users love to see Info-graphics)
3. Share your posts in all social medias (G+, FB, Twitter)
4. If you get comment, reply to those comments which will refresh your content in Google search result as well as Users will like you, as you are responding to them
5. Always allow comments after removing spammy links if any present
6. Don't repeat keywords unnecessarily
7. Always write for Users and not for Google
8. Use H1,H2,H3 tags whenever needed
9. Don't share your post in low quality bookmarking site or other Off-page sites
10. Write more interesting contents which will reduce Bounce Rate of your page
11. Don't use more outbound links in your posts ( For 200 character post 2 link is enough in my point of view). Links should be relevant and they should point to the exact page of the anchor text.
