How to do the Replication in sql server between local and cloud?

Hi,

I have two same sql server database in two system. one is in local system and another one is in cloud system. I want to replicate data from local to cloud . Is it possible.
When I add cloud server as a subscriber it will show 'add actual server name'. I am try to add using IP.

What version SQL servers?
Have you tried to use Linked server?
