I am unable to find any link between tables in BizTalkMsgBoxDb for getting Data.

I am writing stored procedure for getting details about Suspended instances
from following tables Instances, Services, InstanceSuspended, Spool,Orchestration etc. but I can't find any relation among them so that I
cant get that data.

please help me.
