I couldn't get apple push notification from my production server but locally and my pc's IIS it working properly , when I host this application in my production server couldn't get any errors return.How can I solve this...?

Instead of reposting this unanswerable question over and over you should be examining your event logs and log files to determine where your application is failing. We can't do that for you.

And so? What is it that you would expect us to tell you? We do not have access to your servers to trouble shoot your problem. You need to figure it out. Have you considered asking customer service?

What makes you think that random strangers on the internet have access to your system to tell you anything about it? You need to figure it out. Read the documentation. Have you considered asking customer service?

I change the dll code as like this :
stream.AuthenticateAsClient(settings.FeedbackHost, certificates, System.Security.Authentication.SslProtocols.**Default**, false);
