Unable to connect visual studio's localhost web server

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727>WebDev.WebServer.exe ---- is corrupted?

but i use another system and to work .net work fine.
i have replaced Webserver.EXE file from remote system and placed
in my PC for some time it worked ,but again same problem occured

can u plse give a solution for this?

Are you sure it's corrupted? Try running the command

c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v2.0.50727\WebDev.WebServer /?.

If you get the options dialog then it's working fine.
