MVC3 site LayOut issue after deploying to IIS7

I have developed website in MVC3 and deployed it in IIS7. My first page that loads gets a disturbed layout only in IE8, it works fine in firefox.

Folder structure in the server :

when I access the site by giving the URL to server:
http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3940/15299126728_d37e3c5ffa_b.jpg[^]

The expected view that I need is shown as below.I get this when i run the solution from my solution itself.
blob:b0123648-5a4d-42cc-ada9-3d17bc4d44e3[^]

Please help me to solve this issue.
