How to add license information,customer information using installshield 2014

I want to create setup of my application using installshield. My client has Premier version of installshield.
I dont know how to integrate license form which will check product license with database and it will show before installing application.
Please help me on it.

You will probably have to create a custom dialog. Read the documentation.

Best way is to write an app that you call from the installer.
