How Can I Limit Privilage To A User In Windows8

Hi,

I have a wpf project and i created the setup and installed in a tablet pc

i want to send this pc for demo. for that i have created a user

i want to limit the privilages of the user. user should not able to copy any files and lock the task manager

how can i do that?
