Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID

Hi all,

I have one exception in liver server with excel application and C#

"Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {00024500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80070005."

I have done the following

1) enabled excel in DCOM
2) did permision for IIS user and administrator for excel DCOM
3)created Desktop folder in syswow64

After all i still have the same issue.

the same code is working on another live server and working well in development system as well.

i am using the following software's

Framework 4
Excel 2007
OS:Windows 2008 R2

please help..

0x80070005 = "Access is denied" so you still have some authorization problem.
