After Publishing asp.net website project web services not working

Web Services folder have to copy from my project and paste it to the deployment folder.Then it is working.Otherwise it doesn't work.Same issues with Ajax,Images,Scripts,any external items outside the main folder.Any way to add it via web config or something.

Have to delete all files before publish in the deployment.I am using this option 'Delete all existing files prior to publish'.

There's no way to know what's wrong unless you give us more info. What do you mean "not working?"

It sounds like you aren't deploying everything you need to.

I Publish the project.I had a autocomplete that takes values from web Service(.asmx)
and it dont work after publish.if i copy that particular to deployment it works.But the folder is already there.

Then include the folders in your publishing.
